This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Plume desktop application ("Plume", "Application"), available on Apple devices.
By downloading, installing, or using Plume, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Licensed Application
Plume is licensed, not sold, to you. This license is granted in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except where a custom agreement applies.
The Application Provider is Creach Agency ("Licensor", "we", "us").
2. Scope of License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Plume on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Usage Rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the Application available to third parties
3. Features and In-App Purchases
Plume is free to use for most features.
The Application offers optional in-app purchases for a "Premium" module. This module currently includes features such as note backups via iCloud.
Premium access may be purchased either:
- As a low-cost recurring subscription
- As a one-time lifetime purchase
Pricing, content, and availability of Premium features may evolve over time.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Plume, including its content, design, and code, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. Your notes and content remain yours at all times.
5. Data and Privacy
Plume does not collect personal data. Notes are stored locally on your device and, if you enable Premium backups, within your personal iCloud account. We do not access, analyze, or monetize your notes.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application.
7. External Services
Plume may rely on Apple services such as iCloud. Use of these services is subject to Apple's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
8. No Warranty
Plume is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Application, if any.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence within the European Union, or by applicable local consumer protection laws. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
